Counseling through Sevasadan Foundation

In the environment of covid, we can play a very important role by counseling to increase courage, confidence and stress in everyone's mind. For this, an online meeting and training class on Covid counseling was organized for the Health Friends of the Sewasdan through the Sewasadan Community Development Foundation. For this Dr. Guided by Suchita Ghatge, Counsellor. In this training class, the stress of normal day-to-day life, in the case of some individuals, has more impact than in the context of disaster. In the case of Corona, the media is having a negative impact, which is also increasing the fears. The fear that exists in Corona and because of it is mostly focused on death. For that, it is necessary to work on the fear first. In doing this, the counselor first bases the person's fear on what fact? Why is it fictional? It is necessary to discuss, take information and explain it to them. In any situation, if there is a habit of planning a routine and working like that, the brain stays busy and less stress is created. Therefore the individual should be taught and encouraged to do so. Even in a difficult situation, in a negative environment, if a person is grateful for what is happening or has happened to him, and if he expresses that gratitude, the stress of the person will decrease and the positive energy will increase. Through Sevasadan Foundation, work has been done in Malgaon, Manjarde, Kumthe, Kavalapur, Nandre, Sangliwadi and Manjarde by contacting the victims over the phone and giving them psychological support.
